Fitness Classes
Whatever your fitness level, you will fit right in at the PGA National Sports & Racquet Club. We do fitness in a variety of ways. On the second level you’ll find 2 Aerobic studios complete with new sound systems and state-of-the-art equipment. Whether you want a good sweat or a slow burn, try one of our 50+ classes a week.
Our classes include Yoga, Pilates Barre, Zumba, Tai Chi as well as Dance, Strength and Cardio.
On the first floor, you will be welcomed by a large selection of cardio equipment, including over a dozen treadmills and elliptical machines, both recumbent and upright bikes each with their own TV monitor. The large free-weight area offers everything you would expect for hard core workout and more. Be sure to check out our two functional training studios where we have the heavy battling ropes, water rowers, TRX, heavy bags for boxing and even a heavy tire.
