User ID: Enter your five digit member number

Passcode: Enter your five digit member number
(You have the option of changing your passcode, however, please keep in mind that if you change your passcode, that new number then becomes the number with which you access the telephone tee time system as well)

Click SUBMIT

Click on MAKE A TEE TIME

Enter the Number of Players in the Group and click SUBMIT

Enter the names of the other players.

  1. If you know the Member Numbers of those playing with you, type in the member number and click get name for each member.
  2. If you do not know the Member Numbers of those playing with you, type in the last name and click SEARCH. Then, click on the select button to the left of the member you chose.
  3. If you are bringing guest(s) you should type in the member number 00000 and also type in their last name and first name. You will not be able to advance in the system unless all the fields are complete in this section.

Complete the Caddy Request if applicable

Click CONTINUE

Select the DAY OF PLAY

Type in the PREFERRED TIME

Click CHECK AVAILABILITY

Review the available times and click SELECT

Record your confirmation number

In an attempt to better serve you, we are requiring that all four players names and member numbers be entered in the system. The new system communicates in real time with our new point of sale system in the Golf Shop, with a monitor in the Master Starters Booth, and with a monitor in the Bag Room. We are asking for the names of all players to allow us to more efficiently stage the day of play by pre-pulling members and guests clubs from storage. We will also be able to expedite the Golf Shop registration procedure by having the names on the tee sheets, and this information will also assist the Master Starter and Tee Starters in orchestrating the day of play.

Please keep in mind that the foursome information can be completed prior to 7:00 am. Then, once the day refreshes to the fifth day out, you can simply click on the day, type in the preferred time, review the available times and book your time. It will take less than 20 seconds to book your time.
