COMPOSITION ANALYSIS
Using Lange skinfold calipers to measure the ratio
of fat to your lean body mass, our certified trainer
recommends your realistic target weight range, with
suggestions for reaching and maintaining your ideal
fitness level. Your body measurements and flexibility
are also included in this analysis (30 minutes).
COMPREHENSIVE
FITNESS EVALUATION
This total fitness assessment evaluates your strength,
cardiovascular fitness, flexibility and body fat composition.
Your certified trainer will make recommendations for
improving your fitness level safely and effectively
(60 minutes).
COMPREHENSIVE
GOLF FITNESS SCREENING
The golf fitness screening is conducted by a certified
golf fitness professional. It comprises a series of
tests designed to identify the restrictions and limitations
within your body as it relates to your golf swing.
A workout program is then created to address those
weaknesses working towards hitting the ball longer,
straighter and more efficiently.
ONE-ON-ONE
TRAINING
Our certified trainers will help you maximize your
workout, provide tips for safer and more effective
exercising, and suggest ways to improve your overall
fitness level.
PERSONALIZED
TAKE-HOME EXERCISE PROGRAM
Based on your personal fitness level, life-style and
exercise preferences, your certified trainer helps
you develop a realistic exercise regimen that keeps
you fit and motivates you to stay with your program
long-term (60 minutes).

PERSONAL
TRAINING
Appropriate footwear must be worn at all times when
using the fitness center, no flip-flops, thongs, bare
feet, etc. Loose fitting clothing and sneakers must
be worn when doing a body composition or fitness evaluation.
Do not exercise before testing. A 24-hour cancellation
policy is in effect. If the session is missed, you
will be charged for it. All scheduled sessions must
